He is all about “optics.” Every car honk of support is a thorn in the side of the administration’s attempt to deny the power of We the People protesting Trump 2.0 everywhere all the time. The guy or gal trying to afford their needs and aspirations blows off narratives that tell them they are not thirsty, hungry, cold, scared, angry and betrayed. Good comment. It has been suggested that a strike against subscription barons Amazon, Apple, Meta, et al that support Trump would work, since the only thing 47 responds to is the market. Protests, shouting, screaming, signs don't seem to affect him. Transactional strikes will get his attention.
