No Surprise

And neither is the most recent faceplant by the American justice system to the benefit and relief of indicted felon Donald J. Trump.  The concession speech was short.  “The Department’s position is that the Constitution requires that this case be dismissed before the defendant is inaugurated.  This outcome is not based on the merits or strength of the case against the defendant.” (Emphasis added) Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith

All of We the People saw it coming a mile away.  The windup took four years.  The ball sailed right over the plate on 25 Nov 24.  Special Counsel Jack Smith withdrew prosecution of Donald Trump for two federal crimes.  Felony counts and federal indictments became exercises in futility.  Mr. Big will never face punishment for causing the Insurrection of Love held on 06 Jan 2021.  He also is excused from penalty for mishandling classified documents.

The Trump camp is jubilant.  Mr. Big triumphs over injustice. 

Count on William Barr to provide legal crowing: “The American people have rendered their verdict on President Trump and decisively have chosen him to head the country for the next four years. They chose him to lead us with the full knowledge of claims against him by prosecutors around the country.

“The attorney general and all the state prosecutors should do the right thing and help the country move forward by dismissing these cases.”

Retribution can commence.            

Those too proud to grovel are running for cover.

Let the games begin.  Prepare yourselves for a circus without bread.
