Great points in this article to put attention on the distractions and tricks meant to throw us off the scent. Humans have a default setting in their brains that triggers a fear response — fight or flee. That's the only thing the predator cares about. Your fear. Fortunately, we've evolved and learned a lot more about our brains and how to tell whether something is really a danger or just a manufactured piece of propaganda. One good thing happening in recent months is the stronger Bullshit detector in our brains.

Just as your body gets stronger with increased motion and exercise.... just as your critical thinking gets stronger with increased exposure to truths and writing (without AI), so too will your Bullshit detector get more reliable and faster with questions instead of statements.

The questions are: Is that true? How do you know it's true? How do you react if you believe that thought or those words? Who would you be if that thought was not true?
