Some Day Arrives
Dressed as a Frog
Donald John Trump is a corrupt businessman with a lucrative side gig as 47th president of these barely United States. He is a willful and vainglorious jerk. And the useful fool in the courts of all enemies foreign and domestic antithetic to the vigor and ideals of the American Experiment in enlightened self-governance. Every time he takes the Trump Show on the road, world leaders alert—our duly elected idiot has escaped our bewildered and besieged village.
Nine months of Trump 2.0 have produced no immediate benefit to anyone other than the Tyrant Trump, his family, his loyalists, and oligarchial beneficiaries of depotism in every place around the globe.
Last Week’s Deal
As part of his ongoing campaign to distract from the Epstein files while receiving a Noble Peace Prize, our Mad King injected himself into Israel’s 2-year war of retribution against Hamas. The Tyrant Trump released a 20-point plan for an immediate cease fire and lasting peace between Israel and Hamas. It was a public relations stunt in concept and execution. World leaders gathered in Egypt to applaud and Israel’s Knesset suffered through an hour of the Mad King’s signature wandering self-congratulatory word salad.
Implementation of Phase One proved an instantly tragic strategic error. Hamas took to the streets to exact revenge on Palestinian militias and restore open control of the property, persons, and prospects of the populace in places left open by Isarael’s withdrawal. This turn of events embarrassed and irritated our Big Showboat. He promised to “violently disarm” Hamas. By letting Israel off the peace leash.
This Week’s Steal
The other prong of Devious Donny’s distraction and charm campaign is continued intermeddling in the 14-year-old Russian-Ukraine territorial dispute. On 17 Oct 25, Volodymyr Zelensky’ will return to the Oval Office. This time without the protection of his European allies. And a day after the Traitor Trump agreed to kiss and make up with his pal Putin in Budapest “within the next two weeks.”
The only responsible course of action is for the United States to join Europe in assisting Ukraine in eviction of Russia from all territory invaded and occupied since 2014. The Traitor Trump will benefit from that or any other solution.
He characterizes the web of self-enrichment that he weaves to be a framework for world peace. Putin uses every day of delay to attack. The destruction of lives and devastation of property and prospects continues across Ukraine.
The Lazarus Effect
We the People dissatisfied with the results and consequences of Election 2024 may be dismayed. We are not deceived. Or dissuaded.
Mr. Big is cruising toward the end of an ill-advised attack on freedom. In principle and in practice, it rises from the grave every time consigned there in fact or effect.
Loud and Proud
On Saturday, 18 Oct 25, millions will gather to exercise their constitutional right to assemble peacefully and to protest government misconduct/overreach. Trump 2.0:
1. Promises to surveille participants from the air and on the ground; and,
2. Plans to launch live fire from the sea toward California as part of a celebration of the presence of the vice president at Camp Pendleton and 250-year service tradition of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Attempts at intimidation and suppression are being met with sarcasm:
On the ground;
And, across social media platforms not controlled by the administration.
Everything Old Is New Again
Some of those carrying signs and marching against Trump 2.0 on the second No Kings Day are too old to break dance at all, let alone well. In their hearts will ring an update to an old tune:
We shall overcome
We shall overcome
We shall overcome today
Oh, deep in my heart
I do believe
We shall overcome today
We’ll walk hand in hand
We’ll walk hand in hand
We’ll walk hand in hand today
We shall live in peace
We shall live in peace
We shall live in peace todayWe shall all be free
We shall all be free
We shall all be free today
We are not afraid
We are not afraid
We are not afraid todayManifesto
The Supreme Court has opened this year by accepting and hearing oral arguments on two cases important to the principle and prospects of the free and fair elections at which We the People say who shall represent our will and best interests.
1. USPS v. Konan
a. The crux of the issue is whether the immunity Congress gave the USPS for mail delivery problems covers mere mistakes or also acts alleged to be intentional.
b. The Court framed its consideration of the issue as: Does a claim that Postal Service employees intentionally refused to deliver mail to a designated address arise out of “the loss” or “miscarriage” of postal matter under the Federal Tort Claims Act’s postal-matter exception?
c. From the bench on 08 Oct 25, the partisan justices seemed more concerned with the number of suits that would arise if USPS was required to answer for its impropriety than about the validity of, and remedy for, the instant issue of harassment. It speaks volumes that the government refused to acknowledge local error and offer appropriate settlement.
d. Judicial watchdogs have warned that a ruling in support of USPS would allow, if not invite, the possible misuse of the Service for voter suppression in its discretionary (or directed denial of service) handling of mail-in ballots in forthcoming elections.
2. Louisiana v. Callais
The Guardian states: “The supreme court is considering the case as Republicans make a nationwide push to redraw district lines to shore up their advantage in the US House ahead of the 2026 midterms. The aggressive effort is unusual and has been criticized as an anti-democratic effort to prevent GOP politicians from being held accountable to voters.
“A decision striking down section 2 (of the Voting Right Act) ahead of the midterms, depending on timing, could significantly help Republicans. It could cost Democrats about 12 seats in the House, according to a New York Times analysis. A report by two progressive voting rights groups put the number of seats at risk even higher, at 19.”
Anthem
On 18 Oct 25, some of We the People will take to the streets to dispute Trump 2.0.
The administration’s implementation of the Project 2025 playbook has been purposefully rushed and chaotic. Executive actions have a cruel and unusual nature. Administrative operations in support and furtherance of DOGE and ICE in many instances are illegal, unconstitutional, and unsustainable. Our only immediate opportunity to constrain the Tyrant Trump and a partisan Supreme Court gone rogue is to find, elect, and seat a Congress composed in the majority of persons of sound character dedicated a term of public service in support of:
1. The plain word phasing of founding documents:
a. The Declaration of Independence;
b. The Constitution of the United States; and,
c. The Bill of Rights.
2. The laws and customs supporting a rule of law administered without fear or favor; and,
3. The will, well-being, and security of the governed.
To that purpose we now:
Rise
Resist
Remain
Persist
Prevail
Go, teams, go.

Thank you for this very clear description of the Trump 2.0 disaster. Some day I hope we can restore America from the damage. I fear for our children and grandchildren … and all of us.
Words to live by!
