Why
Overlook the Obvious
I am not a constitutional scholar. I am not an influential voice on social media. I am just a bewildered 82-year-old Southern (Texas) white woman. In all my reading within the silo of public conversation, I keep wondering--why is no one pointing to the obvious?
Donald John Trump uses administrative tools to expedite his will and Project 2025 objectives. He views these unilateral actions (often rogue, usually cruel and corrupt) as transactional positions and deploys them as such. Fact is, both the edicts contained in his executive orders and actions occasioned by his tariff actions ultimately must survive three things to endure and prevail:
1. Ratification by the legislative branch;
2. Compliance with constitutionality standards according to the judicial branch; and,
3. The opinion and actions of We the People.
He is swinging for the fences and playing for time.
For the good of the team, maybe he should consider bunting.
If he truly loved America, and wished anyone other than himself well, he would.

Great visual and timely point. I posted this to Bluesky where millions love constructive communication with a powerful point and a one visual to drive the point over the fence.
