You are right about Trump sucking the air and energy out of every situation and moment. We don't like the reality that there are hundreds who stand to gain personal wealth further advancing the cruel and senseless behaviors. Trump has his collective group supporting him, and that is our clue.

It’s a collective action problem, because no one person’s actions alone are going to stop Trump and Musk, yet if we all tell ourselves that the risk isn’t worth the gain to democracy, no one will do anything. The people we care about are asking, How can I navigate this dilemma ethically, rationally, and without ruining my life?

I wonder how we can start holding people accountable for their oaths of office? Do We the People take them to court? It isn't going to happen that the U.S. Attorney is going to do that. Whose job is that?

I take heart and hope in the Attorneys General, Trish. Today’s post suggests initiating pleadings in equity against Trump, asking for restitution of funds unjustly gained to his personal use and private benefit. More to the point and in response to your query—it is up to each of us to use our precious, indivisible Power of One every day, everywhere all at once, all the time to refuse to be governed by criminals.
